Do you know of any lead companies that offer a guarantee. I just spend $750.00 to a company (my bad) and they did return my calls. Disconnects etc...Is there any recourse with these guys

Alex it depends on what their contract stipulates. Most lead companies provide a replacement for leads AT THE VERY LEAST. If the contract does not clearly state the reasons for credits I am afraid you should just cut your losses. You will wind up spending way too much valuable time trying to hunt them down and it will only produce frustration. As you shop for lead vendors be sure to do some searches on the internet to see if there are any blogs or reviews on them. Also ask them for a few of their clients, BUT clients that have been with them for at least 6 months. This will be the best barometer for you

It would be interesting if mortgage brokers would also talk about their good experiences with leads and lead companies because I know for a fact that many, many companies and individuals have had a lot of success with leads. For some reaons, I see a great deal of negative talk about leads and lead companies on blogs.
This blog is very good, but the comments likes these above seem to occur over and over. There are many GREAT lead companies, and unfortunatly many weak ones as well. If you follow advice like on this blog, you will find the good ones and avoid the poor ones.
